Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at the carrier's website or via 17track.net for international shipments.

Customs & Import Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. PannaAfric is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at pannaafric@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge.
