30-Day Hassle-Free Returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Email pannaafric@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. You do not need to ship anything back for orders under $30 — we'll issue a full refund immediately.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Stripe processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Received something damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge. No return required.
If you received the wrong item, email us immediately and we will ship the correct item express, at our cost.
We currently offer exchanges on apparel (size swaps) within 30 days. Email us with your order number and the size you need.
