By accessing or using PannaAfric's website (pannaafric.com), purchasing our products or services, or subscribing to our newsletter or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
PannaAfric is operated by Hope Ndukwe ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make purchases or enter into a membership. By using PannaAfric, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
PannaAfric offers digital downloads including but not limited to the Africa Wealth Blueprint, Creator Kit and other digital guides. Upon completing a purchase:
Physical products (fashion, merch, electronics) are subject to shipping times and availability. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us for a resolution.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be the price charged.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
PannaAfric Insider is a monthly subscription at $9.00 USD per month (or as displayed at time of purchase), processed via Memberful. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Memberful account or contacting us at pannaafric@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to member benefits through the end of the paid period.
Member benefits (newsletter access, Discord, discounts, early video access) are available as described on our Membership page. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove benefits with reasonable notice to members.
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new PannaAfric Insider memberships. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first subscription period, email pannaafric@gmail.com for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or materially different from description. Contact us first before returning any item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Email pannaafric@gmail.com with your order number and reason for refund. We process refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
All content on PannaAfric — including but not limited to text, articles, videos, graphics, logos, brand name, product designs and the "PANNA AFRIC" name — is owned by or licensed to PannaAfric and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, print or download content from PannaAfric for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share our articles with attribution and a link to the original. You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

PannaAfric's platform and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content. Digital products are educational in nature; results may vary and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PannaAfric and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, products or services — including lost profits, data loss or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PannaAfric, its founder Hope Ndukwe, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms or violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
PannaAfric may participate in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn commissions on purchases made through links on our platform. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our editorial independence.
