By placing an order with PannaAfric, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, email us at pannaafric@gmail.com before purchasing.
1. About Our Store
PannaAfric operates a dropshipping store at pannaafric.com. Physical products are fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping, a third-party logistics partner. All payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Product images are representative — slight colour variations may occur due to monitor calibration.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available.
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Your order is transmitted to our fulfilment partner within 24 hours of confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- United States: 3–8 business days (shipped from US warehouse via UPS/FedEx)
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya: 10–20 business days
- Other international: 12–25 business days
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Wrong item received: contact us within 14 days. We will arrange the correct item to be sent.
- Change of mind: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Non-returnable items: digital products, items damaged through misuse.
To initiate a return or refund, email pannaafric@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. After 2 hours, your order may already have been submitted to our fulfilment partner and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PannaAfric.com — including text, images, brand names, and designs — is the property of PannaAfric and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PannaAfric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please email us first. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may escalate to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
